RETURN POLICY
Fine art prints are made to order and individually crafted for each customer.
Because of this, returns and refunds are not accepted once the order has been confirmed and production has started.
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at lina@linakayser.no with your order details and photos if applicable.
In such cases, the print will be replaced or refunded, depending on the circumstances.
Note on right of withdrawal:
As the prints are custom-made to your order, they are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process and deliver your purchase.
We may contact you by email for reasons related to your order or account, such as:
Order confirmation
Shipping updates
Password reset or account activity
It is not possible to unsubscribe from messages directly related to your purchase or account.
We use Squarespace as our e-commerce platform to manage orders and send confirmation and update emails on our behalf.
When you order through this website, we collect the following information necessary to process your order:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Billing and shipping address
Purchase details (e.g. print size)
During checkout, the website may use the Google Places API to autocomplete address information to improve your checkout experience.
All prints are produced and shipped from a partner printing studio in Finland, and your order information will be shared with the printer solely for the purpose of production and delivery.
